Chocolate Chip cookies
After my first attempt baking shortbread cookies, my children have been asking me to make chocolate chip cookies. I am kind of enjoy making cookies, though I don’t have the baking interest yet but for my children sake, I challenge myself to do the thing that I’m not passionate about.
So here are the chocolate chip cookies I bake last Sunday. I use self raising chocolate flour and use margarine instead of butter. Here’s the original recipe.
