Lose weight gain weight
During my young adult’s years, I have always wanted to lose weight because I was 55 kg then. I have tried reducing rice intake and do some exercise. It does work for a while but comes back again. Taking weight loss pills is quite tempting, but I never take one. Now after having three kids I am below 50 kg, and I wish I could go back to my previous weight. Gaining weight is what I need to work on now.
